Can a single-zone mini split be used with multiple indoor units?

No. If multiple zones (indoor units) are needed, you must purchase a multi-zone system.

Can I buy a Pioneer system that only offers cooling?

No. All of our systems are heat pumps, meaning the systems offer heating and cooling. We do not carry AC-only units.

Can I order different lineset lengths?

Yes. You can order variable lineset lengths for most systems.

Can I use a mini-split system with fewer indoor units than the outdoor unit's zonal capacity?

Yes. You can install and run fewer indoor units for a multi-zone condenser.

Do these split-type systems function as dehumidifiers?

The split-type systems are not specifically designed as dehumidifiers. However, they do provide dehumidification functions.

Do you carry hyper-heat units (-22°F)?

Yes. Our hyper-heat series is the WYF-25 Hyperformance Series.

Do you offer any discounts?

We offer military or first responder discounts, as well as senior citizen discounts for individuals who are 65 or older in age.

Do you offer pre-charged linesets?

No. We do not offer pre-charged linesets as they are proven to be unreliable due to the nature of the spring fittings employed.
