Can I Order Different Lineset Lengths?
Yes, you can order linesets in various lengths for most systems.
Our lineset options include 10, 16, 25, 33, and 50 feet. You can also order systems without a lineset if you do not need one. If you require a different length, you will need to purchase a lineset separately.
The Diamante Essenza High-Wall (WYT-17) and Diamante Pro High-Wall (WYT-20) systems come pre-packaged with a 16-foot lineset. Because the lineset is physically included within the two-carton shipment, its length cannot be modified at the time of purchase.
For systems with modifiable lineset lengths, you can also purchase either the Quantum Ultra High-Wall (WYT-24) system or Quantum Hyperformance (WYT-25) High-Wall system.
The Diamante Essenza and Pro systems ship in two boxes. In contrast, most of our other products ship in three boxes, featuring a separate line set box that allows for easy length swapping.
All light-commercial products are available with customizable lineset lengths. The following systems feature this option:
- Quantum Ultra Ceiling Cassette (CYT-24)
- Quantum Ultra Floor/Ceiling/Low-Wall Flex (UYT-24)
- Quantum Ultra Ducted Ceiling Concealed (RYT-24)
Central split systems, such as the Vertex Ducted Central Split system, are sold without linesets. Linesets must be purchased separately because they do not come flared and feature a diameter not offered by Pioneer.
