No. We do not offer pre-charged linesets as they are proven to be unreliable due to the nature of the spring fittings employed. The spring fittings used by the pre-charged linesets lead to leaks, capacity losses, and pressure drops. Pre-charged linesets cannot be shortened as well.

Instead of using pre-charged lines, we offer dehydrated linesets combined with our lineset flushing kit. The superior solution, which is half the cost, accomplishes the same goal and does not compromise any aspect of the unit. The dehydrated linesets, combined with the lineset flushing kit, are also able to be cut and re-flared to your ideal size.

Note: HVAC systems with charged linesets are tested with regular and uncharged flare linesets, which can deceive the efficiency ratings of the systems.

In comparison, the outdoor condensing units for Pioneer systems are factory pre-charged with R410a to support lineset lengths up to 25-feet long. Before releasing the refrigerant from the outdoor unit, you need to remove the air from the lines using a vacuum pump or our flushing kit.
