Error Code Troubleshooting (Quantum Series)

Error code CL

The “CL” error code indicates your Quantum Series system needs a filter cleaning.

Error code E1/EL 01/EL01

The “E1”, “EL 01”, or “EL01” error codes indicate the indoor and outdoor units of your Quantum Series system cannot successfully communicate.

Error code E3/EH 03/F5/EC 07

The "E3", "EH 03", "F5", or "EC 07" error codes indicate the speed of the indoor or outdoor fan is operating outside of its normal range.

Error code EC/EL 0C

The “EC” or “EL 0C” error codes indicate the system detects refrigerant leakage.
