Model Numbers

Indoor Units

The model number for the indoor unit can almost always be found on the gray colored nameplate or name badge. The location of the nameplate varies depending on the type of indoor unit.

For wall-type units, the nameplate is physically fixed on the right-hand side of the unit.Check the right-side of your wall-type indoor unit for the nameplate and model number

Outdoor Units

The model number for the outdoor unit can almost always be found on the gray colored nameplate. The nameplate is physically fixed on the right-hand side of the unit.Check your outdoor unit's nameplate for the model number

Serial Numbers

Serial numbers for Pioneer systems are generally found on white barcode stickers.An example of a barcode with a serial number
