How do I make a return?Updated 15 days ago

Returns must be initiated within 45 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

Return by mail or LTL freight

Before submitting a return request, please verify that you have met our return requirements:

  • All merchandise cannot have been installed or used in any way.
  • All returned merchandise must be in perfectly resalable condition.
  • You must have the original manufacturer packaging for the items (manuals, accessories, packaging materials).
  • Packages MUST be sent back by the delivery method that we will provide. HVAC systems must be shipped back to us on a pallet and strapped down with rope or other fastening materials.

Refund process

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.


Non-Returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to final sale, or other reasons. These items will be clearly marked on the product page. Some examples are internal parts purchases or consumables such as refrigerant recharge bottles and leak-stop syringes.
