Understand our process for undeliverable or refused shipments. 

Shipments will be returned to us: 

  • If they cannot be delivered for any reason beyond our control. 
  • If they are refused upon delivery by the buyer for any reason other than having significant cargo damages. 

Return conditions are listed below: 

The freight carrier must have a valid phone number to contact you in order to setup a delivery appointment. The freight carrier must have the phone number before attempting to delivery the products. 

If your customer record is out-of-date or the phone number we received with your order is invalid, the shipment cannot be delivered. 

If a valid phone number cannot be obtained from you within one or two days of the arrival of the cargo at the destination terminal, the products will be returned after a short period to avoid storage charges by the freight carrier.
