Introduction

Understand the steps for returning an item. 

After our Customer Care department receives your request and approves your return, we will contact you via email with instructions and necessary documents to complete your return shipment, including the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 

Steps

Follow these steps to properly return your item to our Customer Care department:

1. Inspect your package. 
2. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
3. Prepare your package with the RMA number. 
4. Coordinate with the shipper for delivery to Parker Davis HVAC International.
