We do not charge restocking fees, only if the returned products arrive in 100% perfect resalable condition. 

If the returned products are not in this condition, restocking fees will apply to the refund amount. Based on the condition of the return, the restocking fee can vary between 20-50% of the product's original value.

Note: The purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

For returns associated with any "Free Shipping" offer, the original shipping fees that were incurred in the shipping process will be deducted from the refund. For orders not associated with the "Free Shipping" offer, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
