Introduction

This article explains the drainage functions for QHD070 Whole-House Ducted Dehumidifiers. The product offers automatic and manual drainage. 

Automatic Drainage

When the system detects that the water tank is full, the compressor and fan will continue running, and the water full indicator will flash. No error code will display. The water pump will start and run for 40 seconds to drain the water. 

If the full signal is cleared, the draining process will stop. If the full signal is not cleared within 60 seconds, the unit will stop, while the error code and water full indicator will flash

Manual Drainage

After powering on the system, pressing the Manual Drain button once in any state will start the water pump, which will run for 40 seconds. If the full signal is cleared, the draining process will stop. 

The water full indicator will flash during this process.
