Understand the process for returning an item.
After our Customer Care department has processed your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), you will receive an email from them containing your RMA number within 3-5 business days.
We will specify the address to ship back your product(s) to. We will also provide instructions on properly packaging your return, as well as the paperwork to use with the return.
When we receive the return at our warehouse, we confirm the proper products were sent and are in perfect resealable condition, including no marks on the box. Due to the inspection process and shipping times, allow 10 business days for your credit to be applied after your return is received.
