<p>When installing the drain and refrigerant lines, a hole diameter of 2-1/2 to 3 inches (63.5 to 76 mm) is sufficient for the drilling requirements. However, larger BTU systems may require a hole up to 3-1/2 inches (89 mm) in diameter.</p>
