Introduction

The "F8" and "HE" error codes indicate a T7 temperature sensor error in detecting condensation risks. This article is for Vertex Ducted Central Split (DYC-18) systems. 

Cause: T7 ≤ T4 28.4°F (-2°C), and lasts for 15 minutes. This causes a risk of condensation on the refrigerant cooling cover plate. 

Exit Condition: T7 ≥ T4 33.8°F (1°C), and lasts for 10 seconds.
