About Authorization ChargesUpdated a month ago

Why do I see multiple charges on my credit card or a charge when I don't have an order number?

We understand that seeing multiple charges on your credit card statement can be concerning. We'd like to assure you that what you're observing are likely "authorization charges," which are standard practice in online transactions.

  • What are Authorization Charges?
    • An authorization charge is a temporary hold of a certain amount of your available credit. It's initiated by a merchant to ensure your credit card is valid and has sufficient funds to cover the transaction cost before making a final sale.

  • Why Do You See Multiple Charges?
    • If the "Pay Now" button is pressed multiple times, your credit card company may place an authorization hold for each attempt. This might give the appearance of being charged multiple times. However, these are not final transactions and do not affect your account balance in the long term.

  • What Happens Next?
    • Authorization charges are temporary and will not convert into actual charges on your account. These holds typically drop off your account within a few days, depending on your credit card issuer's policies. You will only be charged once for your actual purchase, and you only have your one order with us.

  • Our Assurance
    • We are committed to ensuring a transparent and secure transaction process. Should you have any further questions or if an authorization charge does not clear as expected, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team for assistance.
