Introduction

This article explains the Voice Control feature.

The Quantum Fresh (WYT-FA) series offers offline control via voice assistant prompts. The user can control the system simply by stating specific prompts.

It is important to minimize noises and audio interference near the indoor unit in order to prevent false wake-up and recognitions.

Steps

Follow these steps to use the Voice Control feature:

After the unit is powered on, prime the unit by using the prompt "Hey, Alpha!"
The unit is now in listening mode and ready to receive voice commands. If the system does not receive any commands after being primed for more than 25 seconds, it will exit the primed state and need to be re-primed.
The system will continue listening and responding to consecutive commands.
Turn off the feature by holding down the "Mode" and "Down Arrow" buttons for more than 3 seconds.
