This article provides steps for disassembling the indoor unit of Quantum Ultra Universal Floor-Ceiling Flex (UYT-24) systems.

Steps

Before Disassembly

1. Remove the Front Grille

A. Remove the screws, then push the clips in the direction shown in the image to release them.

B. Open the front grille, then unlock it from the rear clips. 

2. Remove the Left and Right Side Panels

A. Remove the screws shown in the image, then unhook the left and right side panels from the clips.

3. Remove the Electric Control Box Cover

A. Remove the screws shown in the image, then remove the electric control box cover.

4. Remove the Front Panel

A. Remove the front panel screws shown in the image, then remove the front panel.

5. Remove the Water Tray

A. Remove the water tray as shown in the image. 

6. Remove the Evaporator

A. Remove the evaporator as shown in the image.

7. Remove the Display Panel and Vane Assembly

A. Remove the display panel and vane assembly as shown in the image.

8. Remove the Volute Assembly

A. Remove the volute assembly as shown in the image.

9. Remove the Centrifugal Fans

A. Remove the centrifugal fans as shown in the image. 

10. Remove the Fan Motor

A. Remove the fan motor as shown in the image.
