This article provides shipping and delivery details. 

Shipping Details

  • We only ship to the 48 contiguous United States.
  • We do not offer shipments to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.
  • We do not offer international shipments.
  • Tracking information will be sent to you after the order is shipped.

Note: We only utilize well-known freight companies for shipping due to the size and weight of our equipment. Each shipment is palletized, strapped down, and wrapped in stretch film to protect against damages during transit.

Delivery Details

An individual must be present to receive the cargo at the time of delivery. The delivery company will call your phone number to setup a delivery appointment.

Note: Carefully check your delivery information, including the address, email address, and phone number.

If a valid phone number cannot be obtained from you within 1 or 2 days of the arrival of the cargo at the destination terminal, the products will be returned after a short period to avoid storage charges by the freight carrier. 

When the delivery arrives, you can ask the driver to breakdown the palette into individual cartons in order to unload the goods from the truck easily. Lift gate service is generally included.

The order will arrive as curbside delivery. The goods will be delivered from the truck to ground level. If you require inside delivery, an additional charge will be included. The additional charge must be paid separately and coordinated with the freight company. The equipment we sell is not suitable for express or courier shipping due to the weight and high-risk of damages.

We offer free pickup from our main distribution warehouse located in the Miami, Florida area.

We carry all the necessary replacement service parts and components in large quantities, which are available during and after the warranty period.

Delivery Recommendations

Before signing the delivery form, confirm the number of cartons by comparing them with the number stated on the delivery receipt.

Carefully open the cartons and inspect the goods.

If the product is damaged, report them to the freight carrier on the delivery receipt and file a claim. Contact us with the description of damages, as well as pictures of the damaged product.  

Note: All of our products are inspected under strict ISO-regulated facilities and leave our warehouse in perfect condition.

High Order Volume

Due to higher-than-expected order volume and busy sales season, larger orders may take an extra 3-5 days to be prepared for shipment. We are working around-the-clock to ship out all orders in a timely manner, and will communicate with you if there are any unexpected delays or questions.

We prepare each shipment within 72 hours after the receipt of payment (only during weekdays). Trucking companies usually pick up same day or a day after we call them that the shipment is ready. The transit may take any time between 5-8 business days and in rare cases up to 12 days.
