Understanding Our Shipping & Delivery DetailsUpdated 13 days ago

This article provides shipping and delivery details.

Shipping Details

  • Eligible locations: 48 contiguous United States only
  • Excluded states: Alaska and Hawaii
  • Excluded territories: Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories
  • Military addresses: No shipping to APO or FPO addresses
  • International delivery: Restorations restricted to domestic addresses only
  • Tracking details: Emailed automatically once your order ships

Due to the size and weight of our equipment, we only use well-known freight companies for shipping. Each shipment is palletized, strapped down, and wrapped in stretch film to protect against damage during transit.

Delivery Details

Someone must be present to accept the delivery. The delivery company will call you to set up an appointment. Review your shipping address, email, and phone number carefully to ensure they are accurate.

If we cannot reach you to get a valid phone number within 48 hours of your cargo arriving at the destination terminal, your items will be returned to avoid storage fees.

When the delivery arrives, you can ask the driver to break down the pallet into individual cartons to easily unload the goods from the truck. Liftgate service is generally included.

The order will be delivered via curbside delivery, meaning the goods will be unloaded from the truck to ground level. If you require inside delivery, an additional charge will apply. This extra fee must be paid separately and coordinated directly with the freight company. Note that due to their weight and high risk of damage, the items we sell are not suitable for express or courier shipping.

We offer free pickup from our main distribution warehouse located in the Miami, Florida area.

We stock a large inventory of replacement parts and components, available both during and after the warranty period.

Delivery Recommendations

Before signing the delivery form, confirm that the number of cartons matches the number stated on the delivery receipt.

Carefully open the cartons and inspect the goods.

If your product arrives damaged, note it on the freight carrier's delivery receipt and file a claim. Then, contact us with a description and photos of the damage.

All of our products are inspected in strict, ISO-regulated facilities and leave our warehouse in perfect condition.

High Order Volume

Due to high order volumes during this busy sales season, larger orders may take an extra 3–5 days to prepare for shipment. Our team is working around the clock to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible, and we will update you immediately if any unexpected delays arise.

We prepare each shipment within 72 hours of receiving payment (excluding weekends). Trucking companies typically pick up orders the same day or the day after we notify them that the shipment is ready. Transit usually takes 5 to 8 business days, though it can take up to 12 business days in rare cases.
