Selecting the Installation Location

Install the machine on the floor, ensuring it is as level as possible.
Position the machine to ensure easy access for both installation and disassembly.
Place the assembly template inside the installation compartment. Then, verify there is enough space on the floor for the required openings.
To ensure easy filter replacement, leave at least 8 inches (203 mm) of clearance between the front of the machine and the compartment wall.
Keep doors and windows closed as much as possible.
To ensure uniform climate control, install the machine as close to the center of the compartment as possible.
To minimize noise and vibration during operation, leave a minimum clearance of 1 inch (25 mm) between the machine and any walls or fittings on either side.
If you incorporate external compartments (such as false bottoms), the air to be treated must be drawn from the vehicle's passenger compartment.
Drawing in outside air can reduce system performance.
