P9 Error Code: Outdoor Unit Compressor Drive Overload Protection 

If any of the following occurs while the compressor is starting or running, the outdoor unit stops and the system displays error code "P9":

1. The control board does not receive a feedback signal from the compressor. 
2. The control board detects an abnormal signal from the compressor. 
3. The compressor fails to start normally. 

The system then attempts to restart up to six times. If the compressor still does not operate normally, it displays the error code again.
