Introduction
The "P9" error code indicates the system is undergoing compressor driving protection. The error code is for Diamante series systems.
Troubleshooting
The outdoor unit will shut off and display the error code when the compressor starts up or in the process of the following operations:
1. The Machine Control Unit (MCU) cannot test the feedback signal from the compressor, or
2. Tested an abnormal signal from the compressor, or
3. The compressor startup is abnormal.
The unit will restart six times continuously. If the unit still cannot operate normally, it will display the error code again.
