Introduction
Use this lineset diameter selection guide for Pioneer HVAC mini-split and multi-zone systems. Match your indoor unit to the correct lineset diameter using the tables below.
For single-zone systems, the connection diameter for the indoor and outdoor units will be the same.
For multi-zone equipment, the connection diameter is typically 1/4 to 3/8 inches for the first three valve sets, and 1/4 to 1/2 inches for valve sets 4 and 5.
