Introduction

The "H1" and "H2" error codes indicate a high pressure switch failure or low pressure switch failure. This article is for multi-zone Quantum Ultra series systems. 

Troubleshooting

The high-pressure switch is installed at the discharge pipe of the system. When the pressure on the high-pressure side of the system exceeds the preset protection value, the protection mechanism is triggered. The "H1" error code will display. 

The low-pressure switch is installed at the suction pipe of the system. When the pressure on the low-pressure side of the system falls below the preset protection value, the protection mechanism is triggered. The "H2" error code will display.
