E3, E7, E8, EH, En, or Ey Error CodesUpdated an hour ago

The "E3", "E7", "E8", "EH", "En", or "Ey" error codes indicate different outdoor unit sensor failures. 

• E3 Error Code: Outdoor unit coil temperature sensor failure
• E7 Error Code: Outdoor unit ambient temperature sensor failure
• E8 Error Code: Outdoor unit discharge temperature sensor failure
• EH Error Code: Outdoor unit suction temperature sensor failure
• En Error Code: Outdoor unit gas pipe temperature sensor failure
• Ey Error Code: Outdoor unit liquid pipe temperature sensor failure

If any temperature sensor has a short circuit or open circuit, the unit displays the corresponding error code, and both the indoor and outdoor units turn off. When the sensor returns to normal, the unit goes into standby and can be turned on again as usual.
