Introduction

The Vertex Ducted Central Split (DYC-18) series provides climate control for multiple rooms using a single system and a network of air ducts. 

The ducted split systems offer whole-house heating and cooling with consistent comfort. Available in various configurations, our units range from 24,000–60,000 BTU with an 18-SEER rating.

Better Comfort, Better Efficiency

This system features a twin-rotary inverter-type compressor that can adjust output levels between 25-110%, perfectly heating and cooling the space while drawing minimal energy. The technology is also featured in the system's computer board to assist in capacity adjustment, and keep the home at the desired temperature without fluctuations. 

More Uniform Room Temperatures

With a powerful static pressure output of up to 0.6 inches w.c., the system will quickly move air to minimize differences in air temperature throughout the home. 

Switchable BTU Capacity Condenser

For the utmost versatility, the four capacities of the Vertex are trimmed down to using just two unique condenser models. This is thanks to the DIP switches that allow for BTU capacity switching between 24,000 and 36,000, and 48,000 and 56,000 BTUs. 

Ultra-Flexible Lineset Routing

When it comes to connecting the outdoor condenser to the indoor air handler, this series offers an industry-leading allowability for both difference in height (50 feet / 15 m) as well as total length of run (100 feet / 30.5 m).
