Introduction

This article explains how to activate the Timer On and Timer Off functions. 

The Timer function gives users the ability to set a time delay for the system to turn itself on or off.

• Quantum Ultra High-Wall (WYT-24)
• Quantum Hyperformance (WYT-25)
• Quantum Fresh (WYT-FA)
• Quantum Ultra Ceiling Cassette (CYT-24)
• Quantum Ultra Floor-Ceiling Flex (UYT-24)
• Quantum Ultra Ducted Ceiling Concealed (RYT-24)
• Quantum Ultra Multi-Zone

Timer On

Follow these steps to set a timer for the system to turn itself on in a specified amount of time: 

1. Begin by pressing the "TIMER" button while the system is powered off. The clock icon will display flashing. 
2. Use the up and down arrow buttons to the set needed time delay in 30 minute increments. The default setting is 6 hours. 
3. Press the "TIMER" button again to confirm the selection. 
4. Press the "MODE" button to select the desired operating mode that unit will start up in. 
5. Press the "FAN" button to set the desired fan speed that the unit will start up in. 
6. Use the up and down arrow buttons to set the desired operation temperature. 

The unit is now primed. 

Note: The programming will cancel if no buttons are pressed after 5 seconds. This may require restarting the process. 

Timer Off

Follow these steps to set a timer for the system to turn itself off in a specified amount of time: 

1. Confirm that the appliance is on and running. 
2. Press the "TIMER" button to enter the prompt for switching off the system. 
3. Use the up and down arrow buttons to configure the time delay setting. 
4. Press the "TIMER" button again to confirm. Press the "TIMER" button again to cancel the setting.
